1. Independent Service Provider Status
Fixora Appliance Hub is an independent, third-party service center. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any specific appliance brands or manufacturers (such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sony, etc.). All repairs are performed by our independent technicians, and we specialize in out-of-warranty services.
2. Service Scope & Doorstep Repair
We provide repair and maintenance services for Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and Televisions.
All services are performed at the customer’s doorstep at their provided address.
We serve various locations across Tamil Nadu, including but not limited to Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, and Erode.
3. Warranty Policy
We take pride in our workmanship and offer the following limited warranties:
Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on the specific labor/service performed.
Spare Parts Warranty: We provide a 90-day to 180-day warranty on spare parts replaced by our technicians.
Note: Warranty only applies to the specific part replaced and the specific issue repaired. It does not cover new issues or physical damage caused after the service.
4. Pricing and Payments
Service charges and estimated part costs will be communicated after the initial diagnosis.
Payments are due immediately upon completion of the repair work.
We accept cash and digital payment methods as discussed with the technician.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a safe environment for our technicians to work.
Customers must ensure an adult is present at the time of service.
Accurate information regarding the appliance’s condition and history must be provided to ensure a proper repair.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
